Volleyball
Strength and speed built for volleyball. Jump higher. Get to the ball faster. Stay healthy all season.
Small group. Led by Coach Ty Cox.
Call or text (760) 691-2517 for days and times.
What we train
Jump higher
Approach jumps, bounds, pogos and hurdle hops. We train the jump the way you use it on the court.
Get stronger
Cleans, presses, rows and single-leg work. Strength protects knees and shoulders. Weak things break.
Land right
Quick feet, first step, and landing mechanics. Faster to the ball. Safer on the way down.

What it costs
6 Saturday sessions.
Added to a Bronze membership ($179 a month, 5 sessions a month). Your first class is free.
Want in?
Your first class is free. Come train with the group.
How do I try it out?
Your first class is free. You train a real class, not a sales pitch. Book with the form on our homepage, or call or text (760) 691-2517.
Does my high schooler need an assessment?
Yes. New high school athletes do a 45-minute profiling session ($50) in their first 3 weeks. We test speed, movement and force so we can build the right plan.
How do I book a class?
Reserve every class in the Odyssey app, up to a week ahead.
When should we get there?
Arrive 10 minutes early.
What if I miss a class?
Cancel at least 45 minutes before and you keep the session. Later than that, or a no-show, and the session is used.
Do sessions roll over?
No. Sessions reset every month, so use them within the month.
Is there a contract?
No. Memberships are month to month with no cancellation fee. To cancel, give 7 days notice.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You get 60 days of free hold every calendar year (January to December), and you can split them however you want. After that, holds are $35 a month.
Can our whole team train with you?
Yes. Call or text (760) 691-2517 to talk about team training.
