Odyssey Fit is a real strength and conditioning program for adults, built on the same first principle we use with our college athletes. Weak things break. Get strong, stay strong, and everything else follows.

Every session moves in the same order. We start with strength, the mainstream compounds that build a strong, capable body. We move into structure, conditioning that keeps you lean and moving well. We finish with support, the accessory and technical work that keeps you healthy. No random workouts. Just the standard.
WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
60 Minutes. Same Standard. Every Time.
Walkthrough & Warm-Up 10 Min
Movement prep to open the session. We get the body ready to move and load safely.
Strength 20 Min
The main compound lifts. Move real weight and build a strong, capable body.
Structure 20 Min
Conditioning that keeps you lean and moving well. Hard, but built to fit your level.
Support 10 Min
Accessory and technical work to finish. The small stuff that keeps you healthy and out of pain.
